Craig Higgins of Easton to Advise Seniors on Technologies for Aging in Place
Craig Higgins, founder of Department of Health Care Administration at Stonehill College, and more recently Senior Advisor at Physicians Healthcare – a provider of in-home rehabilitation care, is partnering with g2gConnect, a Finalist in the Mass Challenge Global Start-Up Competition, as Senior Advisor.
g2gConnect aims to connect the generations through visual communications. Combining products and services such as dedicated Videophone ID for Seniors, easy-to-use and secure touch-screen devices deployed at senior and retirement living communities, activity calendars remotely accessed by family members via web, and remote health monitoring, g2gConnect enables seniors and their families to richly engage in each others’ lives.
“We are delighted to have Craig on our team”, said Serge Kogan – co-founder of g2gConnect. “Craig’s vast experience and contacts will enable g2gConnect to educate local leaders of the Health and In-Home Care industries about the immediate benefits of remote monitoring and visitation technologies, and the resulting cost-savings and peace of mind to families who need to care for loved ones living away”
