The Easton Lions Club is proud to announce that we are already beginning to make preparations for the 2012 Easton Holiday Festival. Yes, believe it or not December is not all that far away. I know it will be a terrific one, and this year will be our 26th year! We have our core Holiday Festival Planning Committee already engaged, and we could use a few more hands to provide ideas and cover areas in need of management. The Holiday Festival is scheduled for the weekend of December 1st, both Saturday and Sunday, with lots of great events planned as always, a truly wonderful event for the entire community of Easton, and folks of all ages.
We have a planning meeting set for Wednesday evening, September 26 starting at 6:00, at the VFW Hall, and we'll wrap up before the general membership meeting. Bring your ideas and questions!
Also, we're looking for Crafters to participate in the Holiday Festival Craft Fair portion of the Festival. Anyone looking to display their crafts should contact me right away.
