Easton Wintertime Farmers Market at Simpson Spring!
Local Business Celebrates the Season With Community Partnership
Simpson Spring Pops the Cork on New Seltzer & Opens Their Doors to Winter Farmers’ Market
(South Easton, MA) Local business Simpson Spring, the oldest water and soft drink bottling plant in the USA, is ready to celebrate the holiday season by introducing their newest seltzer flavors. In keeping with a New England tradition, new seltzer flavors include the local flavor of cranberry, along with lemon/lime and grapefruit. A new cola beverage is expected to hit the shelves early next year.
Family owned and operated by the Bertarelli family of Easton, Simpson Spring takes great pride in the local community. That’s why they’ve opened their doors to the idea of an indoor, winter Farmers’ Market. According to Christine Bertarelli, “We see the enjoyment and benefit local farmers and business people get from the summer Farmers’ Market and thought, why not keep this tradition going all year long? That’s why we’re working with other businesses to organize the Winter Market.”
