The Easton Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the date of this year’s Taste of Easton. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, May 24, 2011 from 6:00-8:30 p.m. and will once again be held in the Roche Dining Commons at Stonehill College. This event is a celebration of the many restaurants in Easton and promises to dish up flavors to satisfy every taste. The Chamber has coupled this taste extravaganza with an Easton Business Expo! Attendees will have the opportunity to sample some delicious food and to check out the latest business products and services available in Easton.

If you run an Easton area restaurant, a catering or beverage company and are interested in participating at the food venue, please download an application at the Taste of Easton website. There is no cost for restaurants to participate in this event. At the last event close to 500 people passed through the doors, offering terrific exposure to participating businesses. There are also sponsor opportunities available to local businesses or you can simply reserve a table to exhibit as part of the Business Expo! The cost to chamber members to exhibit at the Business Expo is $100 and $150 for non-members. Tickets for the Taste of Easton will go on sale in April 26 and will be available for purchase at both Bank of Easton branches and online through the event website, www.tasteofeaston.com. A portion of the proceeds from the Taste of Easton will be donated to the Easton Food Pantry. The Easton Food Pantry provides food for any resident of Easton in need regardless of one’s income.
