Patricia F. (Hilchie) Case was a resident of Easton for about 20 years before retiring to a home in Taunton. Below is her full obituary from Legacy.com:

Patricia F. (Hilchie) Case, age 84, of Kingston, passed away Monday, March 18, 2013, after a period of declining health. Pat was born in Brockton and raised her family there. She worked for the telephone company both in Brockton and in Boston and was a member of the local chapter of the Telephone Pioneers for many years. She later made her home in South Easton for approximately 20 years before retiring to Leisurewoods in Taunton. For the past three years, she lived at the Residences at Wingate in Kingston. Her favorite pastimes were gardening, traveling, cooking, line dancing, costume parties, bridge, and socializing with friends and family. Patricia is survived by her children, Roberta Fairbanks and husband Peter of North Marshfield, Dianne Davis and husband Daniel of Culver City, Calif., Edward Case and wife Mary of Palmetto, Fla., and Brenda VanDyke of Connecticut. She was the mother of the late Barbara Case of South Easton. She was grandmother to Adam Fairbanks of Marshfield, Ross Fairbanks of Chicago, Ill., Alexander Davis of Culver City, Calif., Lindsay VanDyke of Amherst and Kendra VanDyke of Springfield. She was sister of A. Frederick Hilchey of Petaluma, Calif., and the late Ann Sims and Pauline Breen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends and relatives are invited to the Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Home, 647 Main St., Brockton, for visiting hours from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, March 22, and a funeral service at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 23.
