Easton Woman Hospitalized When Car Collides With Diesel Fuel Truck

Alexandra Hamilton of Easton was rushed to the hospital when her vehicle struck a diesel fuel truck on Turnpike Street early Friday.

 

An Easton woman was hospitalized Friday morning after her vehicle collided with a diesel fuel truck on Turnpike Street.

Alexandra Hamilton of Pine Street was rushed to Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton and then to Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston after her 2003 Dodge Stratus, which was traveling northbound on Turnpike, struck the northbound traveling fuel truck operated by Robert Harris of Taunton, Police Chief Allen Krajcik said.

The accident occurred at approximately 1 a.m.

Krajcik said the cause of the crash is being investigated by Easton Officers Jason Wheeler, Brian Humenuk and Sgt. Keith Nunes.
