Residents gathered to honor those who have fallen Monday afternoon in Easton.

The Memorial Day Parade was filled with speakers, music, and rememberance. The parade began at the Church Street Cemetary and ended at the Monument on the corner of Depot Street and Center Street. Ceremonies were held at both locations.

I am appalled with the Town of Easton, first shunning the Veterans in Town with a part-time agent, now - NO DISPLAYS OF FLAGS THRU MAIN ST.. other towns such as Sharon, Avon were highly decorated. Shame of Easton - they show NO respect to our Veterans.
