POLL: Presidential Primaries, Super Tuesday 2012 – Who Will Win?
Who will win the Super Tuesday primaries? Romney or Santorum? Gingrich or Paul? What do you think about President Obama? Take our poll and let us know.
Tuesday, March 6 is “Super Tuesday” and ten states across the country will be holding primaries or caucuses to help decide the Republican nominee for president in the general election this fall.
Massachusetts, along with Alaska, Georgia, Idaho, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Vermont and Virginia head to the polls.
Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney, Former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum, Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and Texas Congressman Ron Paul are all still vying for the Republican nomination.
President Barack Obama is not facing a challenger for the Democratic Party’s nomination, so all eyes will be on the Republicans, as it has been for most of this campaign season.
Super Tuesday is a key date in the race for the nomination, but plenty of states will vote after March 6, including delegate-rich states like New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois and California.
Both parties hold their nominating conventions this summer. The general election is in November 6, 2012.
Take our poll below and share your thoughts in the comments section.

Romney 2012! Yay for a socially conservative washington outsider who will beat obama and restore the future of America!
Go Mitt

I couldn't agree more. It is time to have a successful business leader take the helm of the country. At a minimum, they understand the basics -- like you spend less than you take in. I'm for small federal government, more state control, spend less than you take in....Go Mitt

Please don't be fooled, if you're middle class, once was, or want to be. Romney is a Mormon, Santorum, a MORON.Gives us good Catholic women, over 90% who practice a form of birth control, a bad name, AND IT ISN'T ABSTINENCE!

Mitt Romney is the clear and only choice we have to beat Obama in the general election.....which is paramount to restoring America and giving it back to the people. I voted for Obama last time around and am very disappointed. Rick Santorum is a fake and should not be trusted, Gingrich is a complete laugh and I dont even know what to think of Ron Paul.....I think he is there to make us laugh.

Mitt Romney would be the BEST choice. We need a business man to get us out of this mess. GO MITT

Just a word of caution to those who think Mitt will be best for our country. I hope our VP is very good and everyone likes. Based on his "performance" as govnah we can expect a very short attention span from Mr Romney.

If Obama is the "best" hope for the middle class then we have already lost. Sadly I will be voting republican this time. The democrats will sink with Obama

Romney may not even get the delegates needed for the nomination by the time the Republican Convention rolls around...now thats really saying something and Obama is getting all his attack material from just watching the GOP clowns go after him. The sad thing is the GOP is going to be tarnished for the next couple of years as they increasingly push out moderates and independants by pandering to the extreme right. Dwight Eisenhower must be rolling in his grave right now seeing what the party has turned into. Obama will win in a landslide in november.

While Romney may not be the exact poster child for president, at least he has a brain and the ability to do simple math. Anyone can appease the masses by giving them handouts. When the cash runs out, is when the true reality will set in. I say, cut the bait now. Before the country is ruined. "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what YOU can do for your country." Different party, but words to live by.

Obamites [should be with a capital "O"] simply heed those immortal words of your Ronald Regan:
"From each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs."

First of all, Androcles, since you're fond of correcting spelling errors, it's Reagan, not Regan. Secondly, here is the origin of that quote.
"In a higher phase of communist society ... only then can the narrow horizon of bourgeois right be fully left behind and society inscribe on its banners: from each according to his ability, to each according to his needs." [Karl H. Marx, quoting Comte de Saint-Simon; originating in the "primitive communism" of early Christianity: "gave to each according to his ability" (Matthew 25:15); "according to each day's need" (Kings 8:59)]; "Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them." [Romans 12:6]; "... from each according to his ability, to each according to his possibility." [Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn]

Bob:
If the Democratic Party is spelled "Democrat party" by the righties, then the left is free to spell Reagan "Regan" or anyway they please.

I have no idea what you're talking about - and I like how you dodged the fact that you attributed a quote to someone who never said it. Spelling is the least of your problems.

Obama will win, there is no contest. The republican party along with the tea party counterpart are the biggest bunch of idiots who have no basis in reality. Obama is the best president and has turned this country since Bush destroyed the country during his 8 years. Oh, and statistically speaking, liberals are much more intelligent than conservatives and democrats are more intelligent than republicans...much thanks to the new "nascar" republicans from the deep south...uneducated, inliterative, overweight welfare states who are too stupid to actually vote for laws that might benefit them. Oh well, thanks to all the nutty republicans out there, Obama will be a sure thing! Thanks all!

I am a registered Independent and after reading a comment like this I would be much less likely to ever vote with any party a hate monger like you is affiliated with. You are a prime example of what is wrong with this country and why there is so much conflict in Goverment, it is all about bashing the other party rather than trying to meet in the middle.

Of course your not Bill..and now you can research the evidence for yourself...everything I just said is true. I am proud to be a liberal social democrat and proud to be from Massachusetts where we have a democrat liberal government in place...and that is why Massachusetts has fared so much better than the rest of the country. Why don't you get informed, get educated. It is so funny how I always know a republican when I see one or hear one because they all start to call you names and don't back up anything they say with anything...Hello, just like the debates. You don't intimidate me and you can't bully me with your insults..I think that you need to google what I said and you will find studies and polls and research backing my statements up. Liberals are more intelligent and more orientated towards the good of all people not just to better themselves - a more evolved person, in other words. Sorry if the truth hurts. I for one an so sick of the republican agenda which is all about name calling and lies and propaganda...the even hate themselves. Oh and also look up the southern red states and find out that they are also called the "welfare states" for good reason....plenty of stats to back what I say up. Just have the guts to find out for yourself. And try and keep your demeaning and insulting comments out of discussion, it only makes you look like someone who can't have a healty debate. Have you ever heard of Tolerance of others opinions??

Our whole country is becoming a welfare state! And that is what the president wants...As an independent I will vote for the party that loves America and its liberty and supports free enterprise. rather than follow all the unions that say they love America but support the most anti-american president in history. This is going to be a wild election. let the games begin

We're becoming an 'Ineptocracy' - a system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.
