Question of the Day: Kids and Body Piercings

Should children under 18 be allowed to get body piercings without being accompanied by a parent or guardian?

A new bill is being considered in the state legislature that would bar children under 18 from getting body piercings without permission from a parent or legal guardian, according to a Boston Globe report.

The bill is expected to be heard tomorrow. Massachusetts is one of only 20 states that does not have laws restricting minors from receiving body piercings.

Yes it is their body and they should be able to do what they want to it.
