Question of the Day: Patrick as Attorney General?

Would Governor Deval Patrick be a good fit as Attorney General?

With U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder being held in contempt by a Republican heavy House of Representatives, pundits are saying the chances of a new Attorney General are likely should Obama serve in a second term, according to the Boston Herald

Peter Ubertaccio, a professor at Stonehill College here in Easton, said Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick may be a good fit.

“The chances of a new attorney general in a second Obama administration, if there is one, has increased dramatically,” Ubertaccio told the Herald. "This controversy doesn’t seem to be going away, and there’s traditionally turnover in second terms. ... If the governor is not harboring presidential aspirations, I think he’d be a natural fit for it.”
