Visions For Vacancies: Empty Plaza on Washington Street

What should go in the empty plaza on Washington Street that formerly housed a convenience store and pool hall.

Drive around Easton and you'll notice far too many empty storefronts and buildings.

This week, we're continuing a new series titled "Visions for Vacancies." We'll showcase an empty storefront and ask you what should take up the space.

This week, we ask you what should go in at the empty plaza at 750 Washington Street?

The empty strip mall is located just south of Depot Street. It is the former home of a convenience store and a pool hall.

What do you think should go in the location? A restaurant? A breakfast spot? A lounge? Convenience store? Tell us in comments!

I believe that the owner of this strip mall went to the town a few years ago seeking to turn the location into a motel. I may be wrong.
