I would like to let the resident taxpayers of Easton know that newly elected State Representative Claire Cronin sides with the establishment (Speaker) on "Bacon Hill" and not with the taxpayers. Her recent vote against EBT reform in the latest in what is becoming a string of anti taxpayer votes. Along with her blatant disregard for EBT reform, she has also:
Voted against having the budget in print for 24 hours before the final vote.
Voted against stopping consolidating budget amendments.
Voted against stricter ethics regulations.
Know who your representative is really representing!

I will be interviewing Representative Shaunna O'Connell, whose district includes parts of Easton at the Easton CATV studios about EBT abuse and why there is a lack of interest in being accountable by some.

Just because she is a democrat does not mean she sides against the taxpayers. I, for one, am proud to call Claire Cronin my representative, and I stand behind her. She has delivered exactly what she promised during her campaign.

You have to get past the Democrat title. Her record speaks for itself and her votes are against the taxpayer. It's time for her to look at the actual issues and not just what Mr. Speaker wants. That may be good for her new "career" but not necessarily for the taxpayers. Hopefully she will figure this out.

Again, this is not about party politics, it is about votes. Ms. Cronin has yet another chance to finally side with the taxpayers as the O'Connell-Homles bill moves forward.
Please write or call Representative Cronin and insist that she vote for this bill.

Representative Russel Holmes, who is co-sponsoring this important bill is a Democrat.
Let's focus on passing the bill and not who has a "D" or an "R" after their name. It is time for Claire Cronin to step up and do the right thing and support and vote for this bill. I took time to write and ask her to support and vote for the last amendment and she was kind enough to not write back and not support the amendment.

The EBT issue really gets me. This past weekend I witnessed a woman in front of me at Walmart spend $370 on baby formula with her EBT card. She OPENLY admitted it was for her mother's daycare business but her mom pays her back cash. The kicker? She was high as a kite... could barely stand up and was talking about how exhausted she was after partying all night. Also needed her boyfriend to help her text out on her super nice brand new Droid smartphone because she was so high she couldn't type.
The cashier said nothing and just rang her up. How broken can a system be before actual reform happens?

folks, ebt ,welfare fraud, section 8 housing, its worse than you think, as a person who deals with these groups, I can tell you the fraud is rampet and the directors (state workers) look the other way all the time, these people keep them employed in there phony jobs, the more welfare cases the more hires the state makes, and massachusetts is the welfare capitol of the country, all you folks who vote in the establishment realy do not care about the american working man and woman who pay for this. folks i will say it again elections have consequences, stop voting the party and start voting with your brains

Some may think I do not understand how things work on "Bacon" Hill. The trouble is that statement is that I do understand just how things work and that makes me dangerous to the insiders and wannabe's.
I have nothing personal against representative Cronin, but she must understand that until such time comes that she stops being a team player for the House Speaker and starts representing the tax paying public of her district, I will be here to shine light on her or any other politician in the districts voting record.
Should Representative Cronin or any other politician of the district wish to have a discussion with me on local access television, I will be happy to accommodate all takers.
I am not here to attack individual politicians, but rather to hold them accountable to the taxpayers. I have no party association, so everyone is on equal ground and nobody is off limits.

Good luck with your interview, please let her know we want to take care of the people that actually need welfare and ebt cards, the elderly, handicapped and the familys that are in trouble, the problem lies with the lay abouts and the 40% that are actually abusing the system, the elected officials know who they are, that is the question , how do we get them off the dole ,remember give a mouse a cookie, and they want the milk next, good luck
