Two Brockton men were arrested by Easton Police Monday night after they allegedly stole metals from the property that used to house the Carriage House Restaurant. Rafael Rivera Herrera, 39, of Brockton and Juan Carlos Quinones, 38 of Brockton were charged with larceny over $250. Easton Police first received notice from a member of T&M Realty at 7:05 p.m., who informed police that he could hear parties loading up metals from behind the burned down property.
