$50.00
"THE BODY SPEAKS? Are you Listening?
Pain joint stiffness and restricted motion? Massage and stretching provides only temporary relief. Myofascial Release sinks deep into the tissue and stimulates bone. Roll on various size balls and foam rolls starting at the insertion of the muscle and rolling towards the attachment of the muscle on the bone. Pain in the body is a form or communication to sometimes look elsewhere for the cause. Our body give us many cues on how to heal if you tap into your own healing wisdom.
