Evolution and spin/group fitness instructor Patty Bangs are running FREE Adult Fitness classes this Thursday, December 22nd as an introduction to our new Evolution Fit Program coming this new year!


Classes Offered:

9:15-10:15am

12:30-1:30pm

6:15pm-7:15pm

Brief Overview:

Small group classes ensure that our coaches get to know you and your goals. Your body will be pushed and challenged in an entirely unique way that will help you reach your goals faster.

Evolution Fit (E-Fit) Classes are 1 hour circuit classes that are designed to promote muscle confusion, which leads to a more effective workout. They will include two or more of the following:

Spin   Boxing      PiYo (Pilates/Yoga)

TRX    BodyBar    Cardio

Basic E-Fit Classes are 1 hour classes that include one of the following:

Spin BodyBar Pilates

Evolution Sports Performance works with athletes age 8 and older to  develop speed, power, agility and coordination. The Evolution Sports program focuses on three core principles including injury prevention, performance and the development of confidence. The facilities of this athletics program include an indoor turf field and are overseen by former professional athletes and certified sports physiologists.
