Ahhh... National Zucchini Day raced past us faster than the race cars - but no worries! Zucchini and summer squash are filling the vegetable beds faster than you can plan a Zucchini Race! Be sure to mark your calendars for NRT's 40th Annual Harvest and Craft Fair this October 6th when the Zucchini 500 promises to offer a good show! Remember to save your best pickings for entry in the Easton Grange Vegetable Judging Contest and be sure to bring any extras to Easton Food Pantry on Mondays and My Brother's Keeper on Tuesdays.
