The big news this week is a special cooking demonstration by Rosa Galeno at the Original Easton Farmers Market. As many of you know Rosa is Easton's very own celebrity chef, the master behind the Holiday Teas at Queset and a frequent contributor on ECAT. Rosa is blending traditional recipes with a Mediterranean flair with the freshest of local organic products. Her cooking has been featured at many agricultural organizations in Massachusetts where her message of healthy and local finds a ready audience.
Rosa's demonstration will start around 11a.m. The details are still under wraps, but I hear we will be treated to a pasta recipe that makes use of winter veggies. Come and see!
