Grace Baptist Christian Academy to Host Annual Christmas Dinner-Theaters

Students and faculty members of Grace Baptist Christian Academy of Attleboro will host two dinner-theater performances in December as the school’s annual Christmas program for public viewing.

          According to Pastor Jeffrey Nichols, GBCA’s principal, school students and staff members will perform a Christmas production and music program Friday, Dec. 13, and Thursday, Dec. 19, at Plainville Baptist Church located at 62 South Street (Route 1A) in Plainville. Both productions will start at 6:30 p.m. and be preceded by the serving of a Christmas dinner.

          The GBCA school building is unavailable this year for the Christmas program because of ongoing renovations.

          The December programs will include a holiday stage play interspersed with solo and group musical performances by students in Kindergarten through Grade 12. Highlighting the festivities will be Christmas carols sung by the school’s award-winning vocal ensembles.

          The Christmas dinner will include turkey, gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, vegetables, salad, bread, beverages and desserts.

          Tickets for either performance are $10 for adults, $5 for children of ages 4 through 12 years, and free for younger children. Tickets must be purchased one week in advance of each production and can be reserved by contacting the school at 508-222-8675.
