The Easton Chamber of Commerce is proudly hosting the Taste of Easton & Business Expo on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at Stonehill College from 6:00-8:30 p.m. With over 50 participants, this event presents a great opportunity to sample some of the area’s finest cuisine, and to check out the latest business products and services available in Easton. A Best Taste award will be presented by a secret panel of judges representing a cross-section of community leaders. These phantom judges will be revealed at the close of the event when presenting the award. The chamber is also excited to welcome back the Oliver Ames Jazz Combo who will be on hand to delight guests with a repertoire of swing, bossa, Latin and funk styles.
Tickets for the Taste of Easton are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Tickets can purchased at both Bank of Easton branches; Roche Bros. and Shaws in Easton; and online at www.tasteofeaston.com. A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the Easton Food Pantry. The Easton Food Pantry provides food for any resident of Easton in need regardless of income.
