Essential Monday: Check Out North Easton Village Project


1. Storyteller Mary Jo Malchack will be presenting "Bookwork Bop" today from 5:30-7 p.m. at Oakes Hall, 3 Barrows St. She will read stories such as The Stonebreaker, The Enormous Turnip, and the origami take, Dig for Treasure.

Seniors from the Easton area are invited to Southeast Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center, 184 Lincoln St., North Easton, for a senior breakfast Thursday, Aug. 15, at 9 a.m. There is no cost, but reservations are required. 5. From the Easton Council on Aging newsletter reports the next PediCare clinic will be Thursday, Aug. 29, in the hobby room of the the Keefe Community Center at Parker Terrace. Make your check for $29 payable to Pedicare Service LLC. For an appointment, call 508-238-3160.
