Find Out What Was Like to be a Kid Living at Ames Mansion

It will be a little cooler today with highs in the upper 70 to low 80s, according WHDH-TV. There's a 20-percent chance of a pop-up shower or storm.

There will be two Curious Creatures today at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at Easton's Children's Museum, featuring all sorts of reptiles. Admission is free. 

The Oliver Ames football team will be traveling to Franklin for a 4 p.m. scrimmage against the Panthers.

There will be a Kids' Mansion Tour at Borderland State Park from 3:30-4 p.m. The tour focuses on what was like to be a child at the mansion. The 15-minute tour is free. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

The first annual Hip-Hop 5 K is being held in Easton, Saturday,  August 24, starting at Oliver Ames High School at 9 a.m. The cost is only $20 ($25 day of) for adults, $15 for children under 13/ child walker, $10 virtual runner – this means you just pay and pretend you walked.
