Health Inspections: D'Angelo, Dunkin' Donuts, and More

The following statements are from Easton health inspection reports collected on January 11 and 24, and February 1, 15, and 25. If there are any questions or concerns contact the Easton Board of Health at 508-230-0620.

January 11

Cakes By Danna had no violations and was described as "brand new and very clean." A few minor corrections included having the temperature at the sink be 112 degrees, the temperature in the dishwasher 125 degrees with sanitizer, and a separate closet for all cake making supplies.

January 24

Cape Cod Nutrition had no violations.

February 1

Evolution had the following suggestions from the Board of Health: No outdated foods, the thermometer for the cooler should read 40 degrees or below, and there should be rubber mats near the showers. 

February 15

D'Angelo at 646 Washington Street, had no violations at a surprise inspection and no plans of correction were needed. 

February 25

Dunkin' Donuts at Washington Plaza had the following suggestions from the Board of Health: have the hot water oven at 110 degrees, the men's room needs a hand wash sign, sanitizer needs to be used at the three bay sinks and work stations, and employees must wear gloves.
