Health Inspections: Highland Variety, Independent Liquors, and More

The following statements are from Easton health inspection reports collected on March 4 and 12. If there are any questions or concerns contact the Easton Board of Health at 508-230-0620.

March 4


TJ Maxx 
had no outdated foods found.

Highland Variety 
had a non critical violation; two outdated items were found--a box of cereal and a bag of chips. All refrigeration was OK, tobacco was sold behind the counter and the cigars were locked. 

Winthrop's Card and Gift had no outdated foods.

The Target Pizza Hut had time and date logs on file, the hot water oven was 110 degrees, the hoods were clean, and refrigeration was OK. 

Target-retail had no outdated products found and the bathrooms were clean. 

March 12

Walgreens had no outdated products found, the permits were on site, and tobacco was sold behind the counter. 

Independent Liquors had one non-critical violation--outdated Halls cough drops. All tobacco was sold behind the counter and permits were posted on the wall.
