The Marketplace at Simpson Spring: Not Just for Water Anymore

Every Saturday, The Marketplace at Simpson Spring hosts a treasure trove of specialty and locally produced food and goods. Consumers who appreciate unique and/or organic food will have a great shopping experience at this local gem!

The Market started as a small venue for area, independent artisans to expose and incubate their business, but according to a Simpson Spring spokesperson, it has grown into a diverse bazaar-like atmosphere with an eclectic choice of merchants. The rustic Simpson Spring background is the perfect backdrop for this original idea where on any given week, 25-40 vendors set up tables, hold demonstrations or stage presentations.

While the list is extensive and can vary, The Marketplace includes local produce and dairy farms, bakeries, homemade jewelry, soaps and candles, cleaning supplies, coffee, specialty stores, lessons, charitable organizations, pet food, children's activities and even a toy swap.
