Visions For Vacancies: Storefront in D'Angelo's Plaza

What should go in the vacant storefront next to D'Angelo's?

Drive around Easton and you'll notice far too many empty storefronts and buildings.

This week, we're continuing a series titled "Visions for Vacancies." We'll showcase an empty storefront and ask you what should take up the space.

This week, we ask you what should go in the store front next to D'Angelo's on Washington Street?

The space, located on a busy section of Washington Street where Routes 123 and 138 run together, currently has signage advertising space for lease.

So, what should go there? A restaurant? Coffee Shop? Fast food joint?

We want to hear what kinds of businesses you think should open up in Easton. Tell us in a comment below.

I think Easton could use a natural/organic store or restaurant. Anyone in town who prefers these options has very few local options. It would be great to be able to pick up a few sundries here in town.

What happened to the tattoo parlor? Parking is tough in that plaza so it would be a good office space for a CPA or another low traffic business.

The Tattoo Parlor moved to 690 Washing ton street. One of the main problems with some of these vacancies is that there septic systems do not have capacity for things like restaurants and pet stores leaving the only use available to be retail.
