Come to the marketplace this Saturday!
Since November 2012, The Marketplace at Simpson Spring is held every Saturday rain or shine from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Our market is diverse and includes local farms and food producers as well as artisans, crafters and small businesses from our area.
We love natural things... Things that don't have a lot of ingredients, and only a few, naturally occurring chemicals. Like spring water (of course!)
This week at the Marketplace, you'll see a variety of natural products and a few special highlights, naturally! We have a presentation on Honey from around the world, Renée will have LOTS of natural laundry detergent available for you to try or buy - it is good for your allergies, and will clean your clothes!
We'll also have a Eyes4Ice, ice sculptor, carving beautiful things out of this cold, frozen winter!

Live Ice Sculpting
The folks from Eyes 4 Ice will be at the Marketplace creating a Live Ice Sculpture.

Did You Know... Simpson Spring Fun Facts
- There is much more to our Company Store than just soda and water! Find local items from food to health and beauty items. And some Marketplace faves like Feather Brook Farms Chickens and The Pastaman Ravioli. The store is open M-F 8a-6p, and Saturdays until 4:00p
- There is one bottle of coffee soda left in the lab that did not make the train ride to Manhattan in the 30's. Come view that and more when you take the free tour!
- SPARKOFFEE = A Simpson Spring Coffee Soda Prepared as you would an ice coffee, over ice with a little cream or milk. Samples will be given out at Saturday's Marketplace!
