This Week at the Marketplace at Simpson Spring

The Marketplace at Simpson Spring is held every Saturday rain or shine, at 719 Washington Street, Easton, 10a - 2p.

Thank You!

The entire Simpson Spring family would like to formally thank everyone who has assisted and contributed to our birthday celebrations over the last few weeks. A very special 'Thank You!" goes out to the talented food artists who shared their sweet treasures with the entire marketplace, vendors and shoppers alike: Linda Spartachino, Dolce Cupcakes and Ciccotelli's of Engelnook Farm!

New Life! A warm congratulations to Renée from Raw for Longer and her family who recently welcomed a new baby boy! Renée has been an integral part of our Marketplace from it's inception. In addition to providing homemade laundry soap and a wealth of wellness information to market goers, Renée has been essential to us behind the scenes and as a part of our marketing team. We are so happy to share her good news.

Bring a Friend
We are asking that all of our Marketplace friends help us grow and bring someone with you this week, someone who has never "driven down that road." Newbies can get a free soda or cup of Red Barn Coffee Roasters coffee to enjoy while perusing the Marketplace. Come to the Simpson Spring table and tell us you are a Marketplace First-timer!

~ See you at the Marketplace!

3 1/2 tablespoons water

DIRECTIONS:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a large baking dish with the butter.

3.Remove squash from the oven and turn onto a plate so that the flesh is facing upwards. Place butter and brown sugar into the squash, and place remaining squash over the other piece. Place squash in a baking dish (so the squash won't slide around too much) while baking.
