5 Things You Need to Know September 25 in Easton

1. After School Art

Every Tuesday from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm starting on September 25, drop by The Children’s Museum in Easton to try out our new program, After School Art! You will get the chance to use a variety of materials and techniques to make cool projects like printmaking, clay sculpture and tie dye. By learning new artistic skills, you will have the chance to express yourself in fun, creative ways! After School Art does not require registration and is free with paid admission to the museum.

Tonight at 6:30 p.m., How did our ancestors find their way across entire continents without a GPS?

Find your bearings and learn to read your nighttime and daytime sky with Bill Luzader from the South Shore Astronomical Society. Bill taught astronomy with planetariums at Brockton High School, Taunton High School and Plymouth Community Intermediate School and is teaching astronomy using the planetarium at Bristol Community College.

Weather permitting, plan to stay for celestial observation after sunset.
