Easton Youth Baseball Goes for Sweep in Charis Tournament

The second part of Easton Youth Baseball's Don Charis Memorial Tournament will be starting Thursday, July 11 and running to Sunday, July 14.

This time, it will be the 9 and 11-year-olds competing for the championship. In the first part of the tournament, Easton won the 10-year-old and the 12-year-old tournaments, so the hosts will be looking for a clean sweep this weekend.

The Easton American and the Easton National teams will be competing for the 11-year-old title against teams from Medfield, Maplewood, Upton, Brockton West, Middleboro and Abington.

Over on the 11-year-old side, Easton American and Easton National will be going up against the likes of Medfield, Sharon, Lakeville, Middleboro, Lincoln, R.I., Brockton West, SIBL, Upton and Northbridge.
