Maguire's isn't taking St. Patrick's Day lightly. They're armed with over 1000 pounds of corned beef, 500 pounds of cabbage and assorted vegetables, 100 pounds of haddock for fish and chips, gallons upon gallons of shepards pie and guinness stew, baked scones and 16 gallons of scone butter.

No doubt Doyles will be a popular gathering spot today, whether you plan on getting a drink or getting some good food, it's a great place to stop by.

In addition to offering a full menu of burgers, Doyles offers sandwiches, chicken and pasta entrees, salad and dessert.

Not only is it St. Patrick's Day, but March Madness begins today. If you're looking for a place to celebrate the holiday while watching the games, head over to the 'Forge.

The Stoneforge is also offering a St. Patrick's Day menu, including corned beef and cabbage, shepherd's pie, cheddar onion bangers, and slow roasted prime rib.

Ok, so we're not all getting drinks and food on St. Patrick's Day too. Many of us are looking for a place to go with the kids.

At the Children's Museum, drop in and build your own leprechaun trap, make some tasty chocolate shamrocks, and even create your own rainbow in the cool Fetch Lab. There will also be a pot o’ gold treasure hunt for all of you lads and lassies that like a challenge. For more information, click

It's the St. Patrick's Day "Pot of Gold Party."

Instead of spending money, make money! Bring your unwanted gold and silver and leave with cash. Polka Dots Resale boutique will be hosting a Party of Gold with a consultant to measure and trade your gold and silver in for money. Refreshments will be served.  Also pick a coin from the Pot of Gold for a mystery discount.
