Adult Faith Education Course - Reflections On The Mass

Father Degagne, the Pastor of Immaculate Conception Church of North Easton will offer a two-evening course and reflection on the Mass.  We will meet on Mondays, February 10th and February 24th at 7:00 PM in the Parish Center.  The words of the Second Vatican Council which were often reiterated by the soon to be canonized Blessed John Paul II: "The Eucharist is the Source and the Summit of God's grace for us."  We will be using the Catechism of the Catholic church, passages from Vatican Council II Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy, and references from the General Instruction on the Roman Missal for our study.  We will discuss all the rituals - symbols, words, and gestures - and how they unite the liturgy into our central act of worship.  Knowing and understading the essentials of the Mass will always enrich our participation for each of us personally and all of us as a community.  If you have any questions please call the Parish Office 508-238-3232 or email rectory@icceaston.org.   We hope you can join us.
