1st Annual Glory Road - 4 mile Run/3 mile walk

Immaculate Conception Parish of North Easton is planning its 1st Annual "Glory Road" Run/Walk on April 14, 2013.  The proceeds will go towards the ongoing operation of I.C.C. which includes regular donations to many local charities such as My Brothers Keeper, Mainspring House and Meals for the Homeless.

The event will include a 4 mile run and a 3 mile walk.  "Glory Road" is a mostly flat, picturesque course that winds through historic North Easton Village, past the H.H. Richardson buildings and F.L. Olmsted landscapes and around scenic Ames Long Pond.  It begins and finishes at Immaculate Conception Church on 193 Main Street in North Easton.

Race day amenities will include commemorative t-shirts given to the first 100 to register, medals presented to the top 3 male and female runners, and top 3 walkers, free post race refreshments, and more.  There will be 2 water stops along the course, plenty of parking, and restrooms available.

"Glory Road" will be a wonderful family and community event as well as a way to support I.C.C. and our local charities.  Won't you consider joining us by registering to run or walk?  Or would you help me to promote our event by passing this email along to friends and family?  Race Day volunteers are also welcome.

Your help is deeply appreciated and will ensure the success of our event.  Thanks for taking the time to help spread the word.
