Sign Up- Tis The Season- Koko Holiday Team Fitness Challenge!

Tis the season for…The Koko Holiday Team Fitness Challenge!


The average man or woman gains a whopping 7-10lbs over the holidays.


Not Koko FitClub KokoNuts!They all strive to lower their eBMI (a proprietary accurate BMI using Koko's FitCheck System) and build upon their lean muscle level (LML). Your LML is what drives your metabolism. Here is your chance to be on a team for 31 days to drive your metabolsm too! Sign-up now and starting December 1st you will be on a team of 3 led by one of our Easton Koko Members as your Team Captain. Each team will compete for fabulous prizes, bragging rights and the prestigous BigNut Trophy!

Who: You!!! You will be assigned to a team which will consist of 1 Koko Member and 2 nonmembers. Teams are allowed to be co-ed.  You can request to be on a team with a friend that is also entering the Team Challenge or a Koko member that you know.


What: Team members will exercise to get points. The team with the most points wins!

When: The Challenge Begins December 1st and ends December 31st 2012


Where: Koko FitClub of Easton (Sign-up NOW at the club or email Craig@FitClubTeam.com)


Why: Make it a December to remember, have fun and avoid that 7-10lbs with a chance to earn PRIZES!

To be eligible you must not have previous experience at Koko FitClub. No prior fitness experience is required. There is a small entry/set up fee to participate which can be credited towards a Koko Membership. The Challenge starts 12/1 and ends 12/31/12. All particpants will have unlimited access to Koko FitClub of Easton and the revolutionary Smartraining and FitCheck Systems. Each participant will also recieve a customized Program, coaching and their own webpage to track their progress. The Team Challenge is open to adult men and women. Participants will have access to the club to compete in the Challenge at their most convenient time of day. Sign-up is open today at the club and limited to the first 16 teams we complete.
