The Following is a statement from the Easton Police Department:
The Easton Police Department is now accepting unserviceable US Flags for disposal. Thanks to Easton’s American Legion Post #7, a receptacle has been placed near the flagpole at the Easton Police Station, 46 Lothrop St. North Easton for use by the public to dispose of warn, faded flags. Members of the American Legion will remove the flags periodically and properly dispose of them.
