The Easton Lions Grange Charitable Thrift Shop is open every Wednesday from 10-2 and Saturdays from 9 to 3. We are located at the intersection of Rt.138 & Elm St, next to the Union Villa. Your donations are tax deductible.

New used inventory coming in all the time. We are loaded for bear. Dining sets, end tables, couches, chairs, patio sets, glassware, prints, paintings, tools, collectibles, jewelry, nick-knacks, books, toys, bikes, records, clothing, baby things, household items, and an endless count of usable items by the many hundreds. Everything is priced to move and everyone can dicker. No reasonable offers refused.

2. Easton Farmer's Market at the Depot Street 'S' Curve

Where/When: Depot Street 'S' Curve/ Saturday 10 a.m.

Why Go?

Area vendors will be selling the freshest foods at a new location.

Easton Farmers Market starts this Saturday 10-2 and then Tuesdays 2-6. It is now located at the old "S" curve on Depot St just North of the Five Corners.

3. Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Fundraiser at Salon Luka

Where/When: 646 Washington Street/ Saturday 10 a.m.

Why Go?

Please Join Team Luka for our 3rd annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Fundraiser.  We will be opening our door On Saturday, September 29th for the day to help raise money for our walk in Boston.  We will be offering our sevices in which 100% of our proceeds will be donated to American Cancer Society.  There are still a few opening left so please stop into Salon Luka to schedule your appointment for this great cause.  If you are unable to attend our fundraiser and would like to donate to our team you can go to our team page at cancer.org/stridesonline and find a team "Team Luka" and make a donation there.

4. Easton Lions Club Golf Tournament

Where/When: Easton Country Club/ Saturday 1 a.m.

Why Go?:

The Easton Lions Club will be holding a golf tournament to raise money for eye research on September 29th at 1pm at the Easton Country Club.  The event starts with a 1pm shot gun start.  Foursome's are encouraged, yet anyone interesented in playing should contact Kevin Williams at 508-230-8960.  The cost is $150 per person, foursomes $600.  This includes a round of golf, cart, Lions shirt and dinner.  Hole sponsorships are $250 per hole.  Be sure to book your spot in this great event!

5. Harvest Road Race

Where/When: 25 Elm Street/ Sunday 9 a.m.

Why Go?:

Our New 5k/10k certified course will please all types of runners.

Time: 9 a.m. rain or shine

Location: Starting/Ending at 25 Elm Street, N. Easton, MA

Distance: CERTIFIED - 5K/10K road race

Entry Fee: $20 pre-registration by mail or on-line racewire.com by Thursday, Sept. 27th. $25 post-registration

6. NRT Harvest Fest

Where/When: NRT Sheep Pasture/ Sunday 10 a.m.
