Community Update

Poor customer service at Harbor One Attleboro branch, I have attempted to open new accounts on more than one occasion and find their employees understanding of services to be sub par. Business development associate is never available or delinquent in returning phone calls. Overall disappointing service for a Credit Union my past experiences had been far better at another CU. Perhaps HO has gotten too large to be the community CU it credits itself to be.
