Obituary: Jean M. Belmont-Sayce

The following is from Hurley Funeral Home:

Jean M. (Cotone) Belmont-Sayce, of South Easton, formerly of Randolph, died on Sept. 11. She was 82. Born and raised in South Boston, Jean retired from Codman & Shurtleff in Randolph. She was a resident of Randolph for over 50 years.

She was the wife of the late Lloyd N. Sayce and Thomas V. Belmont Sr.; mother of Thomas V. Belmont Jr., James Belmont of Fla., Janice McLaughlin of Stoughton, Robert Belmont of South Easton , Richard Belmont of Fla., Karen Hodgdon of Maine, Kathleen Adkins of Raynham, and the late Nancy Belmont; sister of Francis Cotone of South Easton and Robert Cotone of Holbrook. She also leaves 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.


The Funeral was held from the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 South Main St. (Rte. 28), Randolph, Saturday, Sept. 14, at 9:15 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass at St. Mary's Church, Randolph, at 10 a.m. Visiting hours were Friday 4-8 p.m. Interment at a later date.
