2014 Easton Garden Club Scholarship

Did you know that last spring, Easton Garden Club President, Jeanne Ebert, awarded three high school seniors $500.00 scholarships? Scholarship Chairperson, Kim Bertram and her committee want to make sure that qualified candidates do not miss out on this opportunity.

The Easton Garden Club Scholarship is intended for students who are residents of Easton, who have a minimum of a B average and who are planning on furthering their education.

This scholarship will be awarded to a student pursuing a study of the arts and/or sciences, as related to Horticulture, Conservation, Environmental Sciences, Landscape Architecture/Design or other similar fields.

A short essay is all that is required, not to exceed 500 words, identifying your chosen field of study, as explained above, and why you wish to study it.

Applications and deadline dates may be obtained at the Oliver Ames Guidance Department.  Applications may be submitted to the Oliver Ames Guidance Department, electronically to egcscholarshipinformation@gmail.com or by mail addressed to Scholarship Chairperson Kim Bertram, PO Box 1080, Easton, MA 02334 .
