Letter to the Editor: Former Easton Principal Supports Cronin

A letter to the editor from former Moreau Hall Principal Robert Smith.

To the Editor:

I have known Claire Cronin and her family for over 35 years and I am pleased to give her my full support in the Nov. 6 Election.Claire will make an outstanding State Representative and the residents of the 11th Plymouth District will find her to be thoughtful, selfless, caring, articulate, sensitive to the needs of all constituents, and an extremely hard worker. She will listen to your concerns and questions and work hard to find solutions. Claire will focus on local and state issues and initiatives and will always do what is best for the citizens of Massachusetts.

I am most drawn to her leadership skills and advocacy for children and those who can not fend for themselves. This is clearly demonstrated by her endorsement and support of the Massachusetts Teachers Association and the Massachusetts Nurses Association.

Claire’s volunteer work in the Easton Public Schools and in particular on behalf of the Foundation for Excellence in Education in Easton is outstanding.

As the retired Principal of the Moreau Hall Elementary School in Easton and a past resident of Brockton I strongly urge voters in Easton and Brockton in the 11th Plymouth District to vote for Claire on Tuesday, Nov. 6. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed.
