Accident on Elm Street Sends Three to Hospital

Three people were taken to Good Samaritan Hospital Wednesday afternoon after a two-car accident on the corner of Elm Street and North Main Street.

Easton responders first received a call at 4:12 p.m. regarding the accident.

Upon arrival, responders reported injuries and a two-car crash. Three were taken to Good Samaritan Medical Center by the Easton Fire Department.

One Injured in Highland-Foundry Accident

One person was brought to Good Samaritan Medical Center Thursday morning after an accident on Highland and Foundry Street.

Easton responders first received a call at 8:23 a.m. regarding the two-car accident. Emergency officials transported one of the people involved to the hospital.

Easton Resident Issued Warrant Arrest

One person was arrested for multiple default warrants early Saturday after being pulled over.

Anthony Hunter, 31, of 610 Foundry Street was arrested after his vehicle was stopped at 1:35 a.m. Saturday in front of Village Toy Shoppes. He was eventually arrested for the multiple warrants.

Hit and Run Reported Sunday

Easton Police responded to an alleged hit and run early Sunday near Southeast Rehabilitation Center.

A caller reported she was involved in a hit and run at 12:15 a.m. Sunday. No injuries were reported and there was no description of the other vehicle involved.

The caller reported minor damage to her driver's side mirror.

Fraud Reported at Roche Brother's

Sunday at approximately 7:20 p.m., a Roche Brother's employee requested police by manager's request for an unknown reason. The manager took the phone and gave the description of a vehicle with an operator who had allegedly been passing bad checks.

The operator was described as a black female wearing grey jeans, purple sweatshirt and a black hat. Officers checked the area and surrounding streets and were unable to locate the vehicle. An officer met with the store manager.
