Car parts are definitely harder than the human body, and accidents like this always make me shudder as cyclists, like motorcyclists, are pretty much unprotected on the roads even if they wear the necessary gear. - http://www.carid.com

I was curious if any allegations had been filed after the accident. And if so, what were the results? Serious accidents such as these typically leaves someone liable. Anyways, just curious. http://www.leojdunnlaw.com/bridgewater-ma-personal-injury-lawyer/
