Breaking and Entering Reported at North Main Street

A 911 caller reported her house was broken into on Friday.

A resident on North Main Street reported a breaking-and-entering incident Friday.

Easton Police received a call at approximately 4:20 p.m. regarding the incident and that her back door was open.

Detectives were notified and a report was taken.

Vehicle and Tractor Trailer Accident

No injuries were reported early last Thursday when a vehicle struck a tractor trailer.

Easton Police received a call at approximately 6 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 10 regarding the accident, which occurred at 25 Washington Street. A report was taken and no hospital transport was necessary.

Vehicle Strikes Deer

A resident called Easton Police at approximately 10:0 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9 to report that he heard something get hit outside of his house on Washington Street and something rolled across the road.

The operator of the vehicle, the caller said, stopped briefly, then continued. Officers were able to locate the deer and a resident took the deer.

Accident at Main and Washington

Nobody was injured in a 2-car accident at the corner of Main Street and Washington Street.

Easton Police first received a call at approximately 8:25 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9 reporting a 2-3 car accident at the intersection and the vehicles were pulling over to the side of the road.

Officers confirmed that two cars were involved and a report was taken.

Accident at Foundry and Prospect

No injuries were reported after an accident at Foundry Street and Prospect Street last week.

Easton Police first received a report from State Police at approximately 8:45 p.m. Monday, Jan. 7 reporting an accident at the intersection. Easton Police took a report.
