Police Log: Breaking and Entering, Car Vs. Deer, and More

The following is from the Easton Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned they do not indicate convictions.

Thursday, Dec. 12

At 12:01 a.m., a caller complained about a loud house party with college students and that it has been loud for the last few hours. The party was dissolved and all the residents were advised. 

At 2:12 p.m., a caller from the Holy Trinity Lutheran Parsonage on Lincoln Street, reported a breaking and entering sometime after 9:30 a.m. 

Friday, Dec. 13

At 1:14 p.m., a caller reported coming home to her house on Scotch Dam Road possibly being burglarized. The downstairs door was open, there was blood on the door handle, and a ripped screen in the back. The caller left the house and waited outside for the police to arrive. The house was secure and break-in is under investigation. 

At 9:33 p.m., a caller reported hitting a deer on Center Street and Lantern Lane. There was damage to his windshield and side window.
