Police Log: Breaking and Entering, Noise Complaint, and More

The following is from the Easton Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned they do not indicate convictions.

Monday, Nov. 25

At 8:50 a.m., a caller reported larceny from a construction site on Talcott Road sometime over the weekend. Stolen items include flooring, tiles and padding fans.

At 6:05 p.m., a resident who reported that she just got to her home on Prospect Street and thought it was broken into and didn't know if the suspect was still in the house. The owner was advised to wait in her car until officers arrived. There was no sign of forced entry but items were missing. 

Tuesday, Nov. 26

At 3:09 a.m., a caller reported that her downstairs neighbor on Turnpike Street was playing loud music and when she asked them to turn it down they were rude and slammed the door in her face. Officers spoke with the downstairs neighbor who agreed to turn down the music for the evening. 

At 8:26 a.m., a caller reported his wife's vehicle was broken into sometime overnight and that her GPS was missing.
