Police Log: Credit Card Fraud, Breaking and Entering, and More

The following is from the Easton Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned they do not indicate convictions.

Saturday, Dec. 7

At 10:10 a.m., a man came into the station to report that his wallet was stolen and that items had been purchased under his social security number and his credit cards had been used. 

At 11:04 a.m., a caller reported a past breaking and entering on Sheridan Street, possibly sometime last week. He requested to speak with an officer and said he may know the suspect. 

At 10:06 p.m., police received a report that a couple returned home on Beaver Dam Road and found their rear door kicked in. Nothing appears to have been taken. 

Sunday, Dec. 8

At 9:18 a.m., a business owner from Hampden Drive reported that one of his vehicles was stolen and one was damaged in the lot overnight.
