Police Log: Stolen Recycling Bins, Loose Dogs

The following is from the Easton Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned they do not indicate convictions.

Saturday, Dec. 21

At 9:06 a.m., police received a report of stolen jewelry. 

At 3:10 p.m., a caller reported that a waste management bin and recycling bins were stolen from her home on Randall Street. She advised the waste management company and there were no suspects. 

At 8:18 p.m., a driver reported a dead deer on the side of the road near Furnace Brook Motors on Foundry Street. 

Sunday, Dec. 22

At 1 a.m., a caller reported that a 40-pound pug/jack russell has gone loose from a neighbor, near Pine and Turnpike Streets, who was watching the dog and they were unable to find it.

At 11:42 a.m., a caller reported that his dog, a black border collie with a little bit of white named Millie, was loose from his home on Allen Road and running in and out of traffic.
