Police Log: Woman Taken to Hospital After Two-Car Crash

Thursday, Dec. 19

At 12:56 a.m., police responded to Turnpike Street after a rollover car accident. The driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.

At 8:44 a.m., an officer responded to Foundry Street concerning a large turkey creating a road hazard in the intersection.

At 5:58 p.m., a reported burglary on Turnpike Street turned out to be an employee doing work. Everything was OK.

Friday, Dec. 20

At 12:21 p.m., a person reported that he lost his wallet on Highland Street.

At 2:33 p.m., a driver reported a possible drunk driver at Foundry Street and Poquanticut Avenue. Police responded, but the reported drunk driver had already left the area.

At 2:40 p.m., police responded to Washington Street about a two-car accident. One person was taken to the hospital because she was experiencing chest pain. Both vehicles were towed.
