Roll Over Accident Sends 69 Year Old Female to Hospital Via Medflight

An accident on Eastman Street sent Easton Fire, PD and area fire departments responded.

A 69-year-old female was transported to Boston Medical Center via Medflight Friday afternoon after he vehicle rolled over several times into a stone wall.

Easton Fire Chief Kevin Partridge said in a statement that Easton Police and Fire, along with the Mansfield Fire Department responded to the accident at 11 Eastman Street at approximately 1 p.m.

"Upon arrival of PD and Fire units found a vehicle on its side that had rolled several times with a single occupant was in the vehicle," Partridge said.

The driver, whose name was not immediately released, was trapped, and Easton and Mansfield fire crews removed her by removing the windshield of the car. She was complaining of abdominal pain and was rushed to the Medflight Helicopter, which landed at

The West Bridgewater Fire Department also assisted in the accident, covering another medical emergency in Easton and assisting with the Medflight landing.
