No serious injuries were reported Friday night when a rollover accident occurred on the corner of Howard Street and Josie's Way.
A 911 caller phoned Easton Police at approximately 11:30 p.m. Friday to report the accident. The caller said a 17-year-old male was out of the vehicle and there were no visible injuries. Easton Fire and Police officials responded to the scene.
Hit and Run Reported Friday Night
Easton Police responded to a hit and run accident at 7:20 p.m. Friday night.
A second party caller reported that her brother was involved in the accident and he followed the other vehicle and stopped at White Rose Pantry.
The male operator reported that the suspect vehicle then fled from White Rose Pantry, struck another vehicle and left the area. A 911 call came in from a female stating she was struck by a vehicle in the area of Christopher Drive. An Easton Police Officer was sent to investigate the incident.
Accident on Foundry Sends One to Hospital
One person was transported to Good Samaritan Medical Center Friday at approximately 1:30 p.m. after an accident near Subway Restaurant on Foundry Street.
The incident was a two-car accident.
FedEx Packages Line Summer and Randall Streets
A FedEx truck traveling through Easton lost some cargo Thursday morning on Summer and Randall Streets.
A teacher working at the Richardson School called Easton Police at approximately 11 a.m. to report approximately 35 packages lining the road on her way to work.
The calling party informed FedEx to pick up the packages.
Easton Police searched the area and determined all packages were removed from the roadway.
Llama on the Loose on Kingsley Road
A Kingsley Road resident called Easton Police Wednesday morning to report a llama roaming on his property.
The call occurred at approximately 10:30 a.m.
Animal control reported the owner of the llamas was out of town but there was a designated caretaker. The party responded from Brockton to assist with the roundup.
Animal control reported the caretaker arrived and thellamas were back at their designated property.
