Imho, it doesn't matter who the guy in question is related to. He really should not have gotten off, as he did commit a felony for posing as a secret service man.

A man was found guilty of "firearms charges" in his own Washington, D.C. House for having nothing but a musket ball, after being swat teamed and his house thrashed and family assaulted! a musket ball! which is nothing but a round piece of lead!! Seriously, yet THIS guy is not charged with assaulting an MBTA police officer and claiming to be a "secret" service agent (lol to him thinking a *secret* service agent would announce he's a secret agent) What a country we have become. Banana republic states of America!
